A ??Spanish Legislator? Expelled from Venezuela, says the Herald Tribune

The expulsion in Venezuela of the ex-journalist reconverted into a political figure, Luis Herrero, has had an interesting repercussion, inside and outside of the country.
One of the newspapers that pick it up is the International Herald Tribune. The newspaper affirms that he has been invited to abandon the country. The story, that of the expulsion and the posterior reactions, is well known.
However, the most interesting paragraph of the International Herald Tribune is the one which affirms:
